"Matt and his team truly exemplify the good neighbor moto of State Farm. He is responsive, knowledgeable and always ready and willing to help in any way possible. Recently, I had an issue with processing a glass claim. I was unable to get through the various automated levels to confirm that the claim was being processed. I called Matt and he immediately jumped in and took over. Within less than 2 hours, the process was moving forward."

"Where to even start ! I recommend people to Matt on a regular basis! I met Matt about 15 yrs ago. He was my Grandmother's insurance agent. And I was recommend to him. Life comes and goes and I switched insurance when I moved and got married to liberty mutual. After years of coverage I knew something wasn't right. So I called Matt and asked if he was licensed in delaware and to get me a quote. Matt got me a quote and basically got my home owners policy for free. When I stated my business I knew it was a no brainer call Matt get the insurance needed and be done. I highly recommend Matt and his team. A+ service with a A++ rate"

"A good friend recommended I call Matt when it was time for my adult children to get their own coverage. I was moving out of state, so my stuff was moving elsewhere. Matt helped us figure out the best coverage for them, and was definitely most helpful when we had a claim for damage with an attempted theft of vehicle. Fast forward, and again, Matt has gone above and beyond when another scenario presented itself for assistance. "Response to Matt: So you are lieing some more, and now on here I see, nothing new with you lieing Matt, so let's address what you are claiming as threats. The better business bureau was contacted about your unprofessionalism, lies, and advising me to not pay my homeowners on it's due date. The other so called threat was a call being made to pa Insurance department so they also know about your lies, and horrible advice. So if someone threaten to harm someone in your office it was not me and if you felt threaten you should have called the police. As you definitely would of if you or anyone felt threaten. Go get sympathy somewhere else, not on Google but good try though. Insurance sales man, tells you what you want to hear to get the sale. Lies about increases, lies about claims and who is at fault. Says he will go to bat for you but doesn't. Procrastinates on adding discounts to policy and will advise you to not make payment on policies until it is fixed which is horrible advice to give to any customer. Won't put anything in writing about what he advices his clients to do. Go to another state farm agency. Matt is a joke!"
